Material testing is a core part of HK Libin Import & Export Trading Limited's quality control system. Meet the inspection process requirements;Equipped with professional testing equipment; With professional IQC and QC engineers; Ensure that each delivery isqualified original goods. 

1. Label and package inspection: whether the package is intact or not, whether the packaging material meets the corresponding MSL standards; whether brand, model, quantity, date code, and ROHS environmental standard test are consistent with the receiving list;whether label layout, content logic are correct. 

2. Physical material inspection: refer to the quality control database to check whether the product model, package, size, silk marking, batch, etc. are consistent with the original specifications; inspect the physical material appearance: any dust, pin deformed or not, any signs of oxidation. 

3. Electrical performance testing: Test the parameters on the specification to determine the performance of the product. 

4. Quality testing: Unidentified goods will enter the quality testing process. Third party labs (such as CECC lab, White Horse Lab, etc.) will conduct solder-ability test, X-ray conformance test, cover-opening test, XRF/EDX/EDS test, etc.

The company regularly invites third-party lab testing experts to conduct training for all employees.
