RMA Return Process: 

1. Please send the quality inspection report so that we can immediately contact the relevant manufacturers for quality problems and eliminate potential risks. 

2. We guarantee to provide positive countermeasures and solutions within 24 hours after receiving the customer’s RMA application. 

3. Sample testing: We need the customer’s help to provide samples of defective goods and send them to the original manufacturer or third party testing authoritative agency for detailed testing and analysis to find out the root cause of quality problems, so as to deal with the quality risk more effectively. 

4. If the goods are identified as defects, HK Libin Import & Export Trading Limited guarantee to customers: A full recall of goods, covering all shipping costs.
